Sigues estos pasos:
Paso 1: Seleccionar el modelo de tu Impresora y Seleccionar el puerto usb donde indique que este la Impresora.
– Seleccione XP-310 para resetear XP-211, XP-214, XP216, XP-310, XP-312, XP-313, XP-315.
Seleccione XP-410 para resetear XP-410, XP-411, XP-412, XP-414, XP-415.
Paso 2: Click en Particular Adjustment Mode.
Paso 3: Click en Waste Ink Pad Counter Luego Ok.
Paso 4: Seleccionar en Main Pad Conter -> Luego Check.
Paso 5: Seleccionar en Main Pad Conter – Luego Initialize – Apagar la Impresora Luego Finish
